Description: Operate a high pressure water jetting system is designed specifically for the High Pressure Water Jetting industry by All-Ways Training Services Pty Ltd to fall in line with the Australasian High Pressure Water Jetting Association (AUSJET Ltd) and in accordance with the high pressure water jetting standard AS/NZS 4233:1. 2013

This course meets benchmark requirements within the high pressure water jetting industry for lead operators with the practical management processes which may be applied in any work environment.

Outcomes: MSMSS00004 - Operate a high pressure water jetting system. This course meets the minimum industry requirements for an independent high pressure water jetting operator.

Units of Competency within Skillset:

  • MSMPER200 – Work in accordance with an issued permit
  • MSMWHS110 – Follow emergency response procedures
  • MSMWHS200 – Work safely
  • MEM09002B – Interpret technical drawing
  • MSMWJ301 – Operate a high pressure water jetting system

Admission Requirements(s): You will need to provide proof of the following on your assessment day:

  • USI (if you do not have a USI, please follow this link)
  • 18+ years old
  • Government or Employer issued photo ID and medicare card
  • Copy of your Passport, if not an Australian Citizen
  • PPE – Long pants, Hi-Vis long sleeve shirt, steel cap boots
  • Minimum of year 10 completed at school
  • Basic numeracy, literacy and English language skills
  • Minimum 120 hours experience on a variety of water jetting tools (eg: gun, flexi-lance, tank cleaning head). This experience has to be over a minimum of 6 months and maximum of 36 months.

Duration: 2 Days

Location: All-Ways Training Services, 16 Redemptora Road, Henderson, WA 616. Upon arrangement, also available at suitable client sites.

Mode of delivery: This course is delivered face-to-face and contains Theory & Practical components.
