As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), All-Ways Training Services can formally recognise a student’s existing level of skill and knowledge in two ways, either Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or credit transfer.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL is an assessment process that recognises competence achieved through formal and informal training and education, work experience or general life experience. This experience can be applied towards your current course or qualifications to demonstrate competence.
Recognition is a lengthy process which requires considerable effort and work on your part. You will be required to provide evidence of your competency status which is assessed against the elements and performance criteria outlined in the training program. This evidence must be sufficient to clearly demonstrate to your assessors that you have successfully met the requirements.
Credit transfer
Credit transfer allows students to count as relevant, successfully completed and verified studies – achieved at TAFE colleges, accredited private providers, professional organisations or enterprises and universities – towards their current course or qualifications.
If you feel that you may be eligible for recognition please contact All-Ways Training Services for further information, costs and application forms.
